Our company was founded in 1996 with its 49% shares being offered to the public with the aim of benefiting from the knowledge of Alarko Group of Companies gained in the field of land development within more than 50 years. The Company holds the title of the first real estate investment company in Turkey.

In all our existing and future real estate projects, we aim to develop real properties

- whose infrastructure has been excellently designed;

- which bear all characteristics of modern life;

- which preserve all aspects of natural environment, and are environmental-friendly and in tune with the environment;

- protect the reputation and concept of Alkent brand respected for its high-quality; and

- will always remain as a profitable investment.

As we strive for achieving our targets, it is of vital importance to make sure that the market conditions are suitable for the projects we will initiate. Therefore, changes may be made in the schedule of our projects, and we aim to make the best use of our strong cash asset portfolio during such periods.

We aim to reach a level of profit that will ensure the distribution of the dividends to our shareholders who have invested in our company at the highest rate possible in accordance with our dividend distribution policy, and thus increase the goodwill of our company further.

We aim to develop projects for our existing assets in the best manner possible in future, and ensure a real increase in the constant rental income derived out of the real properties included in our portfolio, while maintaining our strong position in the real estate sector.
